Demand Generation Manager

  • London
  • Full-time

Own the operational engine behind Quix's marketing — the campaigns, channels and outreach that build our pipeline in the automotive and vehicle testing market.

Position overview

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the operational engine behind Quix's marketing. You'll run the campaigns, channels and outreach that build our pipeline in the automotive and vehicle testing market, turning interest into qualified opportunities for the sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.

About us

Founded by the team behind McLaren Racing's championship-winning data platform, Quix enables hardware engineers to build their own data infrastructure using AI. Our customers include Formula 1 teams and manufacturers across the automotive sector.

The role

This is a role for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing the numbers move in the right direction and knows exactly which lever to pull to make that happen.

  • Own lead generation across both inbound and outbound
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns
  • Run ABM and outbound motions into target automotive and vehicle testing organisations
  • Manage Quix's marketing infrastructure, including CRM, automation tools and campaign tracking
  • Drive marketing reporting and analysis, building dashboards that give clear visibility on channel performance and pipeline impact
  • Follow up on campaign, webinar and event leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Lead on events planning and logistics, managing budgets, vendors and on-the-ground coordination

What we're looking for

  • Proven success across both inbound and outbound demand generation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple paid and organic campaigns, with a track record of optimising for pipeline rather than just clicks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build clear reports and draw actionable conclusions from data
  • Comfortable owning a CRM, with experience managing lead flows, segmentation and lifecycle automation
  • Organised and operationally minded, able to manage budgets, timelines and vendors without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable copywriting and creating visual content
  • Experience within the automotive sector or a tech startup

Technical curiosity: We're an AI-native company and we use it heavily. We want someone who leans into new tools rather than shying away from them.

Intellectual honesty over optimism: We need someone who can admit when things aren't working and pivot without getting attached to ideas.

Excited by the industry: We work with world-class engineering organisations across sectors including Formula 1 and the automotive sector, so a passion for this space is a must.

Why you'll love working here

Mission that matters: We're helping hardware engineers at manufacturing companies make better decisions with their data. Real engineering problems, real impact.

Remote flexibility and trust: Hybrid role based in London, but we trust you to work however you're most productive. No micromanagement, no tracking hours.

Fast decision-making without bureaucracy: Small team, no layers, no politics. Propose an experiment in the morning, ship it by afternoon.

What we offer

  • Regular team meet-ups and offsites in EU destinations
  • 37 days holiday (including public holidays)
  • Market compensation and generous stock options
  • Budget to choose your own hardware
  • Training and personal development budget
